    Speed and control

Oh yes ! This shaft worked well for me ! It's strong yet light , which allows for more speed but strong enough for control !

    Club Maker Review

*by D***9 on August 9, 2019*

As a club maker, I am always changing shafts in my clubs. I fitted an Alpha Platinum 45 shaft in my TaylorMade M5 driver and love it. It is 10 to 20 yards longer than any other shaft I have tried. The light weight gives you a real feel for the head and higher swing speed, but is very controllable. I fitted the club with a Winn Dura Tech grip to the untrimmed full length Platinum shaft, and I choke down a bit for the narrower, tree lined tee shots.
