If you leave it for about 3/4mins it turns the most beautiful colour of red. The tea is smooth and strong but not bitter. Love how the tin is quirky and bright. I know taste is subjective, but I do think Yorkshire Tea has the edge, even though their loose tea is a bit more "dusty". I appreciate the quality of the tea here and the whole leaves but the taste was not quite as I liked. But that is the thing, you might absolutely love it, it is definitely worth a try if you like your tea.
