**Q: Is the flavor if einkorn like kamut? how would you describe the flavor of this grain?**
A: Einkorn wheat is a soft and smaller berry.  The Einkorn flavor is good, almost a nutty flavor.  I grind it into flour and make pancakes and the flavor of the pancake is so much better.

**Q: Is this whole wheat or all-purpose? The description on the bags in the pic do not specify**

**Q: is it fine enough to make tortillas?**
A: Our Einkorn flour is ground very fine using the stone grinder.  I have never tried making tortillas but I found a recipe on the internet that might help you.
