Almost Perfect *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2015* I really do love this bag. It's a half star short of 5 stars for 2 reasons only.1. I wish the shoulder strap was a little wider. This bag holds everything I need to go back and forth to work. But it's a lot of stuff. pump, laptop, power cord, notebook, wallet, etc. All this stuff is heavy and I'm mobile during the day so I'm carrying this bag A LOT. I love that everything fits and that the bag is stylish but a wider shoulder strap would make it a little more comfortable to carry.2. I wish there was at least one outside pocket for keys and Phone. There are lots of inside pockets for organization which I love but for the quick grab of something that goes in and out of the bag all day long, I would love a pocket on the outside.I tried using the side pocket that is supposed to be for milk but just doesn't work. I don't use that pocket at all. I have an insulated bag inside the main compartment that I put the milk in. ### ⭐⭐ Form over function, unfortunately *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 9, 2016* This bag looks great (for a few weeks), unfortunately that's the end of what I love about it.I've had it for several months and use it most weekdays for work, but it's not even a full time bag and it's really beat at this point. The covering of the handles started coming off within a week or two. Since then, the stitching has broken and the material has now deteriorated to the point where I'm anticipating it completely breaking soon. Two of the four feet have also fallen off. The bag has overall just lost its structure.In terms of functionality - the lining of the bag does not accommodate a laptop when there is a pump in the end compartment. Isn't that supposed to be the point? You can kind of rig it by moving the lining over, but that screws up the pockets and creates a twisted dumpsack, basically. The lining is also not nearly structured enough and I can never find what I need in the pockets because they get buried by items in the main compartment.For almost $200 I expect a much higher quality bag that isn't falling apart after a few months of moderate usage.
