Love my Coway BidetMega 400E!!
I've wanted a bidet toilet seat for years, but the recent TP shortage tipped us over the edge. Hubby says installation was easy. It came with several fitting options for water connections, and we had an electrical outlet nearby. His only minor gripe was Installation instructions came after Use instructions in a single manual. I'm OK with that, since this is my first EVER bidet seat I greatly appreciated & thoroughly read the detailed Use instructions.Key features for me were preheated water, self-cleaning, nice looking, and a reasonable price. I find the remote control reasonably intuitive and think this seat has plenty of bells & whistles without going crazy. Mainly, I am truly surprised at how much cleaner I am than with toilet paper. For a woman, this is more like the clean after your shower - Yay! Being cleaned with water takes a little getting used to, but I don't see myself ever returning to TP only. The wash cycle is 1 min and the dry cycle is 2 mins. The dry cycle feels a bit long. I use a little TP to pre-dry before the dry cycle, and sometimes skip it entirely - your choice. I’d guess I use about 70% less TP than before. We have town water and have had no problem with the bidet water pressure. I use the medium pressure setting on the remote - it feels and washes fine. Hubby mentioned the Coway site warned if you had low water pressure this would cause problems with your bidet. I’ve used this for about a week now and truly love it. At first I thought I might use the Coway bidet as a short-term measure - until the price of the high-end bidet I had my eye on came down. Now I intend to stick with it long-term, it’s that good.A quick mention about registering the product online - for a 1 year extended limited warranty. Take a photo of the serial number on the back of the toilet seat, it’s hard to see once installed. I got several ‘invalid serial number’ form rejections. Turns out the serial number is printed on two lines, you have to combine them. The format that worked for us was: 12345 1234567 R1 (sample only)

Not worth the money
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this model in February 2020 at the start of COVID-19 after having to wait in long lines for TP. Initially I was very happy with it until I purchased a different brand for another bathroom. I didn't want to spend another $550. I quickly discovered that the least expensive model, the Ivyel J-2R did a much better job cleaning for less money. So, I chalked up the Coway purchase, as live and learn. Then about 3 months ago, I discovered that the Coway seat cracked on both sides. See the linked video. I should say that both myself and wife are toned athletic people, so it didn't crack due to heavy weights. I suspect it cracked due a combination of faulty construction material and heat as it had a seat warming feature. To the credit of Coway, the maker, who replaced the cracked bidet with a new bidet of the same model after doing everything in their power other than saying we abused it to suggest that we did. They suggested that if the seat wasn't completely centered on the bowl, resulting in more pressure on one side could cause the cracking. My seat was centered, so that was not it. They made me take and send them many pictures and a (linked) video to prove no abuse. But what was the worst was that they made us go without a seat for about 3 days while they (Coway) waited to get verification of the shipment of the old seat before sending out the new seat. Luckily, I had an old seat in the garage, or we would either not use the toilet or buy a new seat to use in the interim. So, we have been using the new seat for a couple of months now and the other least expensive bidet is still the go to. And the real problem is that for the next couple of years we will live with the possibility of the new Coway bidet also cracking.

Best bidet seat
I was planning on buying another bidet seat which turned out not to be available for my area...I am glad because this Coway bidet seat is by far the best one.We have a Moen as well which is also a great bidet seat but the Coway one is by far the best one in overall performance. The water spray control (3) different modes, the fan also has 3 speed levels, the bidet cleaning, etc.We also bought a new toilet to go with this new bidet seat. Installation was pretty easy as well.Every home should have this bidet seat!

Was great…until it started cracking
Works well, it has good features, but after two years it is cracked in so many places. When using you get pinched by the top cracks. No one has stepped on it and our family is fairly small people. At this price point, I definitely want something that’s gonna last more than two years.

Life changing!
Well, not really life-changing, but definitely life enhancing. Bought this during the Great COVID-19 Toilet Paper Shortage. Never had a bidet before so this took a little while to get used to, but now that I've figured it out, this thing is great. We've reduced our household TP usage by about 80% and always feeling nice, fresh, and un-irritated! The only reason I give it 3 starts for "easy to install" is that you need a power outlet near your toilet so we had to have an electrician come in and wire one up. Lots of adjustments on this thing from water pressure to water temperature to drying fan speed/temperature. It even has a heated seat for those cold days. Treat your sensitive heinie right and get one of these!

It works/It broke
The photo I posted is the highlight reel. The seat design says elongated but it looks short once installed. Water pressure is weak, I upgraded from a manual bidet that has much stronger water pressure. Disappointed that I’m stuck with this bidet, it’s not practical to get another one, and it works just well enough so that I did not return it. The blue night light, looks cool, but not worth the cost. 3 stars because there is nothing functionally wrong with it, but nothing wow about it.Update: As mediocre a product as it was to begin with, it has now cracked on both sides of the seat and is starting to pinch my butt cheeks when I sit on it. I'm not into that, it hurts my butt cheeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT in caps.
