Unfortunately, it's useless and I'm completely baffled by all the positive reviews. Frankly, I think most of the reviews for this product are bogus. There is no way this many people think this trinket is an effective heating pad. It barely gets warm. To make matters worse, the heating pad is a bit stiff and causes a gap between the skin and the heating pad. This further reduces the effectiveness of the small heated area. This one is being returned.
