Love that it came with the bulbs and made my low-ceiling kitchen feel so much bigger. Although not marked, the band which affixed to the ceiling box for the electrical elements does so not at its extreme margins, but overlays past the box and forms a bend at both ends. These are the fixation point of the base at two ends along the outer margin sides. If the segment bows so that it arches convex into the ceiling with the ends raised a small degree off the ceiling, this forms an axis around which the base can wobble. The lamp base has a small wobble of maybe 10 degrees. 5 degrees or so in either direction from a neutral position.
