HD and high quality. My only problems/complaints are shipping related. 1st, got a desertcart shipping status within a few days of order saying IN route and a CEVA number that was not recognized by CEVA. After several weeks, finally got thru to the third desertcart customer service rep (Mo) who finally had the straight story. Item showed up when Mo said it would. CEVA sent me several msgs that they would call an hour before delivery and that never happened. The CEVA truck was driven a bit recklessly and almost hit my garage door and tore up my neighbors dirt driveway when the truck turned around and unnecessarily drove off the pavement. Lastly, the ladder had several damaged pieces. They were integral HD steel support braces on the bottom of the ladder and were obviously caused by heavy things being piled on top of the ladder. Which doesn't surprise me as when the delivery truck opened the door very large boxes were thrown about and nothing inside the truck was secured! Using some very large wrenches and help from a few strong arms I was able to straighten out the bent pieces, So the ladder will work fine, and like I said, it's a well built HD ladder. Ladder manufacturer and Mo get very high ratings.
