## Description

From the manufacturer

Review: Best coat ever - I have had a number of winter coats for my dog as he feels the cold easily but this is by far the best! It fits really well with the adjustable velcro on side. It seems to be comfortable and warm and it is rain resistant. We were out in the rain at the weekend but when we got home, my dog was dry. The coat was covered in mud but a quick spin in the washing machine and it came up like new. This coat is easy to put on and the zip at the top means it is easy to get to the harness. Will certainly be buying this brand again. Just a note: The dark blue side of the coat fits super well but the velcro for the light blue side is different and doesn't fit quite as well - that's fine for though as we don't need two colors and everything else about the coat is perfect.
Review: Great value jacket, reasonable body coverage - Really cute little rain jacket for our Cavapoo, had lots of compliments when out for walks! I mainly bought this so when he rolls around while playing with the other dogs, he gets a little less wet/messy. For this purpose it works great! Far less of him comes back soaking wet. He has no trouble running full speed with this on, doesn’t bother him at all. He has a Julius K9 harness underneath and the little harness zip works well for that. It’s a little fiddly to actually get at the harness lead loop at times but nothing deal breaking as long as your dog is happy sitting still while you fish it out. He’s around 7kg in the pictures and this has plenty of growing room in it. The coverage along his back isn’t quite as good as I’d hoped but the part that goes under his belly works well. I haven’t machine washed it yet but a damp cloth cleans it up really well in the mean time. One thing I’ve noticed, as others have, is that calling this reversible is a little misleading. As the Velcro is also reversed, it’s really difficult to actually tighten the coat when it’s reversed. I can’t say I’m that bothered but worth a thought if the reversible feature is important to you. Overall, really pleased, would recommend!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What size would u suggest for 26" neck, 25 chest, 26", in length**
A: I have a 65 lb. golden retriever (neck 18, chest 30, neck to rear length 28) and a size large fits her perfectly. The head part is just a slip through style hole so that might be an issue according to your measurements (lrg 26" neck and smaller body). There is a large velcro patch on the chest so that fit is somewhat adjustable. Love the jacket, seems well made and stays on despite rolling around and playing rough with our other dogs.

**Q: Does this jacket cover the dogs belly fully?**
A: No it does not cover the belly fully. It does cover more than most though. I absolutely love this jacket. I have a rat terrier who is over weight and has a thick neck and this jackect fits great. It slips over his head then goes between his front legs then velcros on either side of the belly. The part that goes around the neck has a notch so allows for him to sniff the ground without choking him

**Q: Does this have a reflector line?**
A: Yes, there's a thin line of reflective material around the zipper on the back, it's not super noticeable however

**Q: Have there been any Greyhound owners that bought one? If so what do you think? Thanks!**
A: Late answering this, but hopefully helps others with sighthounds/sighthound mixes. I recommend sizing up one size above the measurements for a sighthound/heavy-chested dog. My dog is a border whippet. I bought him a Medium according to the sizing recommendations (he has a 27" chest), but it barely fitted on the widest setting. I really liked it otherwise. It's very hard for us to find coats that are compatible with his Ruffwear Harness so I kept it. I just bought a large with the hope it fits better around his chest and fits longer as well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it!

We got a size L for our saluki whippet mix and it fits her well. It's easy to put on and take off, though she was a bit worried about the loud sound of the velcro. If you have a long- haired dog, I could imagine that the velcro might snag in the hair. We like the purple colour and the reflective stripe. It's a medium thickness, not too thick but heels ger warm enough at low temperatures. We've not tested it in proper rain but it held up well during a light shower.
