## Features

- THE ORIGINAL INNOVATORS: Since designing the first wet wipe warmer in 1998, Prince Lionheart has always been ahead of the curve. For over twenty-five years, we’ve been there for you and your family to keep those midnight changes cozy and comforting. After all, everybody loves a warm wipe! This timeless infant wipes warmer and dispenser is great for babies and easy for parents with multiple features that make diaper changes quicker, safer, and more convenient.
- KEEPS WIPES WARM FROM THE BOTTOM UP: The Ultimate Wipes Warmer comes with our patented EVERFRESH system, ensuring that every wipe is warm. Briefly soak your EVERFRESH pillow in water before placing it in the bottom of your wet wipe warmer. As the pillow is warmed, water vapor is released and re-circulated in the wipes chamber to keep your wipes warm, fresh, and moist. Replace the pillow every three months for optimal performance and say goodbye to cold, crusty wipes.
- EASY ACCESS FOR PARENTS: With a simple push-to-open lid and innovative soft pull design, diaper changes have never been easier. You only need one of your hands to open and pull out a wipe, so the other can keep your baby safe and secure on the changing table. The soft opening on the diaper wipes warmer serves the dual function of dispensing one wipe at a time while also sealing in moisture and protecting the wipes from drying out. Once the diaper change is done, press the lid back down to close.
- GENTLE NIGHTLIGHT FOR TIRED EYES: The last thing you or your baby want during a pre-dawn wake-up call is a big bright light blasting you both out of sleep. The Ultimate Wipes Warmer comes equipped with a soft glow nightlight that allows you to see what you need while keeping your baby in dreamland for as long as possible. Sleep is a priority, and we want to help, so let our wipe warmer and wet wipes dispenser keep those bottoms warm and eyes closed.
- AVERAGE TEMPERATURE: The average wipe warmer temperature is 99-100F. We have refined the temperature level for our warmers over many years to provide the optimum temperature and just right to use for baby’s bottom.
- EVER-FRESH PILLOW:The pillow should be rinsed/saturated every week or each time you replenish a new stack of wipes. Please make sure to replace a new EVER-FRESH pillow every three (3) months.
- MAINTENANCE: Please read the instruction manual included in the package.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: As anyone used this for cloth wipes? How did it do?**
A: Yes! We use Buttons flannel wipes and feed them through the hole. We've also used baby washcloths but didn't feed those through the hole, just lift the lid and pull out the wipe. It can be used either way just fine. I love having both options since we use disposable diapers for the newborn chicken leg phase before switching to one size adjustable cloth diapers and cloth wipes up until potty training.

**Q: i had this with my 1st child & wipes would completely dry-out. has this improved? i saw some prince lionheart pillows to keep it moist, does it work?**
A: I've had issues with both of mine. I purchased 2 at the same time on dec 30 2016. The warmers either didn't warm up or they didn't keep the wipes moist. I've contacted lion heart. Hopefully they were just faulty and the replacements are better. My aunt has hers for years with no issues. She didn't even use the lion heart wipes or even the lion heart pillow thing.

**Q: How do you open the wipe warmer to get the power cord out?**
A: I'm not sure what you mean, but the warmer opens up where there is an indentation. The cord for me was where you put the wipes. Hope that helps. Maybe there wasn't a cord in your order....

**Q: how is it genraly operatsd?please help**
A: Wet the pad that comes with it, add wipes (holds a whole pack), plug it in and leave it alone...warms in a few hours. When wipes are low or out, unplug it, re-wet the pad, add more wipes and plug it back in. Works pretty well, wish it warmed up quicker but the key is to wet the pad every time you add more wipes. I would purchase it again.
