**Q: What is the shelf life of this?  I'm scheduled for surgery in July and wanted to order now but don't want it to expire before the surgery.**
A: My husband's surgery was in December and we bought advanced recovery then, we still have some left over and the expiration date is July 2022. So it has a pretty long shelf life
