This product is only 7.5 feet in length, hardly 15'! I think they are assuming the average adult height is 5'6" with a 2' reach over their head which would then make it then a 15' reach? Regardless, I was able to clear my single story gutters with simplicity and much less time than previously. **Q: Will this work on the dewalt dcbl720b?** A: I have found the gutter cleaning blower attachment works ok, but for it to work on other blower, not Sun Joe, you will need to get the kit that comes with a universal adapter that will fit a round tube. The SBJ6-GA is more of a square connection made for there products. There is another kit out there that has the universal adapter you might need. Over all it worked pretty well, I needed to buy two sets to gain the height I needed for my house, and it took a little to figure how to work this while holding the blower, but overall did the job. Since my blower was older I also bought there blower ( SNJ605E) to go with this because of the connection issue. Good Luck **Q: Leaf vacumn for gutters?** A: This is not a vacuum, it is a blower. Works best for dry leaves. Not great for wet, packed leaves. Best to buy Sun Joe blower it fits. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Great with the Lighweight Sun Joe Sun Joe SBJ601E *by M***O on April 28, 2019* I just had a new roof and gutters installed with Shur-Flo gutter guards, Quite a hefty investment! I was also tired of paying $125 twice a year for gutter cleaning, as I live on a wooded lot. After searching for universal extension kits that got quite pricey and seemed terribly cumbersome with a heavy blower, I decide to buy this lightweight baby for $26 with a $17 Sun Joe gutter extension kit. It worked out perfectly on the first level gutters. The second level was not reachable without a small ladder, but I'm leery about ladders nowadays. So I purchased another kit and used the screw-able pieces to gain more height and that did it! Its a little hard to control at first, but once you get the hang of it, it works great and keeps me at ground level. It's spring and most of the debris is brown tree fuzz, helicopters and such. I'll have to wait til fall to see how everything works on leaves, but it seems to be effective if things are dry. When you use the second kit, you might want to wrap stress area tubes with duct tape or periodically check for loosening tubes- that's the only annoying part. I'm not sure how it'd work on gutters without guards, but I think it'd work out fine. Can't imagine doing this with a heavy blower and universal tubing kits. This is a nice gutter cleaning system for less than $65. The blower also does a nifty job of blowing the debris aside. I recommend it with the subject blower. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gets the job done. Angle of the motor while pointing up at the gutter caused fuel issues to the carb.Instead, I "rigged" it to my troybuilt backpack leaf blower using duct tape. Worked good. I agree with the suggestion on another review about using tape for the joints. They would not stay together without doing this.It does clean even wet leafs from the gutter. You DO get dirty when they are wet... but it does work. Well worth the $20 to stay off the ladder... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eye protection and a dust mask required *by R***0 on May 11, 2023* I was not sure that this extension would work, but for the price, thought it was worth a try. The extension did not fit on my small Sun Joe blower but did fit fine with the Portland 3 In 1. The extension was able to reach into the gutters while I walked along the ground. This was so much safer than climbing up and down a tall ladder cleaning the gutters a section at a time. While I did not have a lot of leaves in the gutters, I did have a great deal of dirt, twigs, and debris. A dust mask, eye protection, and head protection are a must. All of the stuff in the gutter blows up, out, and down to the ground. Expect to be covered by falling leaves and dirt. Yes, it is a bit awkward lifting up a leaf blower with a long wobbly extension and then having to drag it along the gutter. But it works.
