It's perfect for taking out with you or just having in your pocket as you go about your day. The bottle does feel very light because this is a powder not a spray but there is definitely powder in there! I prefer this powder as I find liquid quite unpleasant when spraying into my nose but the powder is more comfortable. Having used the allergy nasal powder to great effect I am confident this will help keep germs at bay. I will definitely be buying this again in the future especially when we are all travelling and moving around more again.
