Works great. If I have any complaint at all, it's that the head/hook of this hanger is rather thick - no surprise, after-all it's meant to support a lot of weight - unfortunately I want to store this gear in a storage cabinet and the hanging bar has a clearance of about 1.5 inches, with the overall hook being about 2", so I essentially have to rotate these hangers on their side to actually get them to hang. Not a huge deal by any means, but if the hooks were just designed a little bit differently they'd work better for my storage cabinet.
