The valve handles are long which is a big help for me and the action of the valves is real good, not too stiff and not too loose. The internal openings will be a bit restrictive for people with low water pressure but most people will be fine. Overall a good product that should have a long life in daily use. I don't give 5 stars to anyone anymore until a year or more of use because I've been burned before saying "I love it" or "I hate it". I'll do an update next year sometime..............RM UPDATE: These things are in a word excellent.....I'm updating the rating to 5 stars. They say it's " not available" as of today 2/24/16 and I hope that's not true but it might be because they weren't charging enough for considering the quality of this product , it reminds me of the same situation that happened with the Monsoon Computer speakers of 15 years ago.
