**Q: Is it safe on ceramic/ electric hob?**
A: Yea I’ve used it on my electric stove to boil water!

**Q: Is this safe to use on a normal ceramic/glass topped cooker (not induction) please**
A: I don't use this on any cooker. I make American style ice tea. To do that I put my tea and sweetener in the jug and add about 500ml of boiling water then fill to the top with cold water. I don't know if this should be used on a cooker or hob.

**Q: Does the lid allow for an air-tight seal?**
A: There is a spout that stays open so even though lid has a seal - it is technically not airtight.

A good purchase. Attractive design. My main fluid consumption is still mineral water and I wanted a glass jug to house water avoiding the build up of microplastics. I recycle the plastic bottles. I would recommend!
