I interpreted that description as though I can use the controls to switch between tracks AKA switch to the next song on my playlist but not so. It does as it says, "between songs and incoming calls". A call comes thru, track stops, allows you to answer call, your call is over, track continues.Doesn't stay in the ear comfortably due to the design.
