Glass all over. Cut myself. What are you going to do about this mess?** A: I recieved this today 2/19/21 and the bottom of jar was broken and honey was every where. The package on the outside did NOT have a label that read FRAGILE so it would be handled better. What do I about getting a new jar not broken dellivered to me> **Q: Is broken glass, torn packaging, and no refund/returns part of this recipe?** A: Yeah my came broken , no refund/return very bad customer service **Q: All 3 bottles arrived broken. Dangerous thoughtless packaging Glass everywhere with no fragile notice on package. Are you going to refund or replace?** A: I just buy 1 bottle , they don't refund or replace .🤧really bad customer service **Q: I have bought several jars at Costco but they are impossible to open. Any suggestions? Tempted to crack the jar.** A: Bought mine at Costco also. When jars are hard to open for the first time, I use a pot holder (to protect my hand) on the bottom of the jar and hit it a couple of times......this usually breaks the suction and readily opens..........good luck ## Frequently Bought Together - Balance Grow Honey Citron & Ginger Tea 70.55oz (4lbs/2kg) Pack Of 1, 1count - Balance Grow Peach Oolong Tea 2.2 lbs (35.27 OZ) - Apexy Authentic Korean Honey Passion Fruit Tea, Passionfruit Puree , Just Add Hot Water, Gourment Blend for Smoothies, Cocktails Desserts and Spread, No Artificial Colors, Versatile and Natural Delight, Made in KOREA 35.27oz (1kg).
