The diameter is about 7.1mm, the standard dimension. **Q: I want to convert an old military headset u174 jack to a 767 Boeing audio jack (6.35mm). Will I be able to transmit and receive with this?** A: You should be able to, I had a high impendence headset for the B-52 and used this to make it work with a Global Express. **Q: Hello, does this product also work for helicopters?** A: This plug is for a helicopter single Jack headset to convert to general aviation airplane two jack as an adapter… so no it won’t work for helicopters that only use one plug for the headset. **Q: What is warranty length for this adapter. I have original light speed Zulu headset for helicopter will this adapter work with it.** A: 2 years warranty, and yes, this adapter can convert your headset to the GA dual plug, so you can fly a general aircraft. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Did NOT WORK! *by A***R on September 23, 2025* Did not work in Bose A10 headset!
