My thigh is 15.5". I have a34" inseam. Will these stay up on my tiny legs?** A: Thighs are slightly cone-shaped, thinner at the bottom and thicker on top. Because of this, no sock will ever stay forever if you're walking/moving around. They'll either slide or roll down. You'll need glue or garters.
