The item was shipped directly from the seller and arrived in a timely manner and without damage.The chain is a replacement chain for the original (713-04090) chain for Remington RM1635W 110v 16” bar electric saw.Installation is easy and quick. The chain works well and is far superior to the original chain it replaces.The cuts are clean, and quick. The downside is the saw doesn’t really have the power to keep up with the chain causing binding and kickback. The simple solution is to slow down, which defeats the purpose, or buy a quality chain saw. Note that this chain is sold by OREGON specifically for Remington 16” electric chain saw and the packaging says β€œLow kickback saw chain...”On first use I noticed much more chain stretch than I would like to see.A 4mm (5/32”) Rat Tail file, or a 4mm stone on a Dremel tool used at 30 degree angle can be used for sharpening and touch ups.There is no indication on the box as to country of origin.
