**Q: Why is the product making noise during operation?**
A: When using the product indoors, you may hear operational noise emitted by the motor, which is a low-frequency noise and falls within the normal range of operating sounds

A: Please refrain from disassembling the barber pole, as it may compromise the sealing properties of the sealant. Additionally, avoid modifying the complex internal circuit to prevent potential damage

**Q: If the top LED lights burn out, can they be replaced? How to replace it?**
A: The replaceable LED bulbs is E27＆6W＆8CM＆Cold White First, unscrew the top spherical lampshade clockwise, remove the old bulb and replace it, then install the lampshade counterclockwise

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 110v - 220v ??? -RESOLVED

Advertised as a 110-220v outlet however it comes with an American plug and no manual or mounted stickers about power settings. It went bang when I plugged it in to a 220v source and fried the electrical components almost immediately. So now trying to get it repaired. Not for a European market.. 16/01/2023 - RESOLUTION PENDING WILL UPDATE ONCE RESOLVED 24/01/2023 - Issue has been resolved and seller has kindly sent me a 220v European barber pole in black and white. I’ve looked everywhere for this colour. Happy to have received it and will be put to use soon. Excellent communication from the seller ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**** Thanks WDZD
