The flight suit is not cold weather rated. I’ve worn this style flight suit in 130 deg weather, all the way down to negatives. Anything under 50 deg, and you are going to start to need to add layers underneath, and or a jacket over the top. **Q: Flight suit fits me well. Does anyone know where I can get a name patch?** A: Just do an online search for aircrew name tags. Mardon use to do all military but has gone out of business. **Q: Sizing? Is this measurement across chest or waist size.** A: The chest size chart is for the chest and not the waist. The waist has an elastic band for some flexibility. **Q: how much do the ankles expand? most civilian suits only expand 2.5 inches** A: It looks to be 2", however with the zipper undone, that makes it a very generous 20" in diameter at the ankle. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ About Nomex Flight Suit *by J***A on 31 August 2014* Great (44in chest, regular...) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good price and great *by J***I on 30 January 2015* fast shipping, good price and great product ### ⭐⭐ Two Stars *by W***S on 30 June 2017* Fit was to small ## Frequently Bought Together - Propper CWU 27/P Nomex Flight Suit - Propper mens Poly Cotton Twill 27/P Flyers Coverall - Graphic Dust Screen Accurate Ghostbusters Embroidered Iron On Patch Applique No Ghost Patch Logo Ghostbusters Costume --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/173225406-mens-cwu-27-p-nomex-flight-suit-one-piece-pack](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/173225406-mens-cwu-27-p-nomex-flight-suit-one-piece-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
