I’ve only cooked the one meal, but already happy with the benefit of keeping my greens separate from my chicken and rice. The glass dish is well formed and feels of good quality with a sturdy divider. Note that the divider does not come up to full-height and so won’t be water-tight for soups etc. The plastic lid clips on well and offers a good seal. Ideally I’d have liked a steam vent in the lid for re-heating, but this just means you need to un-clip the sides before putting in the microwave. I have had the dishes through the dishwasher with good results, but so far have chosen to hand wash the lids. Would recommend to any meal-prepper out there wanting to upgrade their kit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality meal prep dishes. *by K***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 June 2020* These are great quality, weighty durable glass and the lids are sturdy although I refuse to use them in the microwave so I cannot vouch for how microwave safe the lids are, I just cover the dish in clingfilm. They dishes themselves are also great for use in the oven and freezer with no issues, I would recommend these to anyone that dislikes throwing food away, just cooked it up, pack it in these and in the freezer they go.
