I really loved both of them. One of the things that struck me about this was how much Zumba has changed since I first bought the very first workout videos over ten years ago. The dance moves have been updated, mashed together with other dance styles, and made much harder! I don't mind the new challenges- that was what I was looking for anyway. Some people say that this workouts are better than World Party, but World Party's animation is much better. I think that World Party is better on animation, but I couldn't say that the workout wasn't as as good- I felt like I got just as much of a workout from that one. The songs are more modern, there are more dance styles. And apparently more "celebrity" instructors , but I have no clue who any of them are. Beto was the only instructor on my original videos (with Giselle). At any rate, this is fun, I enjoy the workout and it really is a lot of working out! I worked out for 45 minutes this morning, and I had 6,000 steps on my fitbit.
