Review: Comfortable upgrade for my ATH-M50x - I have the ATH-M50X and have a double helix and tragus piercing, and the original earpads were really irritating my ears, to the point that some parts of my ear were really red and irritated. I switched to these, and the issue has been completely resolved. They're super comfortable. If using the ATH-M50X like me, just remember that the rim tucks into the groove on the earcups, not right over the edge. This ensures the correct fit. I notice no discernible difference in sound quality since switching. These earpads have made me love my headphones, all over again.

I have the ATH-M50X and have a double helix and tragus piercing, and the original earpads were really irritating my ears, to the point that some parts of my ear were really red and irritated.
