It is poorly machined and did not "slide" on easily like the other brand(s) I've installed. The bolts are cheap and can easily strip the hex trying to ensure each one is tight. I might suggest saving yourself the nerve racking headache and consider spending a little more on brands that have a solid track record and positive results/reviews. Upon final installation, I am confident in my workmanship and that this pulley will never come loose. This pulley mod is cost effective resulting in an amazing boost in acceleration/performance. You will love it! I would advise anyone who is doing this mod, to change the super charger oil while you're at it. The plug is easily accessible without having to remove the super charger.
