The nutrition panel says 8** A: Great question! The 4g listed on the face of the box are NET CARBS. Which means effective carbs your body will metabolize. The formula to figure out net carbs is carbs minus fiber. So, 8g of carbs minus 4g of fiber = 4g of net carbs. **Q: I see someone already asked this and was given a stupid answer. what are the ingredients? if you think they can be read with your pictures they can’t** A: I have the apple cinnamon flavor.
