### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Textbook

As a future administrative assistant, this book was EXACTLY what I needed. It is, however, a college textbook so I wouldn't enjoy it for recreational reading. The other thing I didn't like about buying the used book is that the book refers to their computer pages which I have no access to because it is a used book.
