In my 96 3.9 dakota used it for 10 consecutive oil changes and it completely stopped my oil burning and increased oil pressure. Engine ran cleaner as well. My camry used to burn a quart every 600 miles after 4 treatments now only burns a quart every 1500 miles. Still burns a little more if I take the highway a lot but that's to be expected with the higher rams. I would also go to a heavier weight of oil. Like if you use 10w-30, go with a 10w-40, or even 10w-50 depending on how much oil you're using up. I don't use it anymore because my engine is just too worn out and it runs through oil like it goes through gas. Time for a new engine from EBAY! **Q: In order to see permanent results do i have to use it every oil change? or can i use it just once to restore my engine?** A: I use Restore every oil change. The old Restore drains out with your old oil. So when you change to a new oil, all you have is a thin lining of old Restore remaining in your engine oil galleys, which eventually is diluted by the new oil you put in. **Q: Do I have to subtract 9 ounces of oil every oil change when I add this treatment?** A: If your oil is all the way full when the motor is cold and you top it off with this additive I've seen where it blew out an old 300k head gasket from the pressure of overfilling it. So always add the rislone to the engine after a oil change then top if off to the correct oil level. Never over fill an old motor. The only exception is people who overfill oil on race motors for higher pressure setups in the racing field. **Q: How can I use this product without doing a complete oil change? The oil rings are shot in my Nissan, it has 180k miles on the odo so Restore really only lasts about 500 miles before oil starts disappearing again.
