We pieced together the whole outfit through a few vendors, these 2 items are a 5. The others were awful. The whip is foam and can’t really hurt. The hat held it shape pretty well and looks sharp. It's better than giving away "goodie bags" of junk and candy.The hats are made a surprisingly good quality material that stood up to at least one day's abuse at the party, going outside in rain and snow, being pressed into and out of shape. Not sure how they'll hold up over time but not bad so far. My major ding on the hats is the "one size fits all" claim. This was a party of 7-8 year olds and the hats will soon be too small for some of them.
