I have been using this product for less that 3 weeks and have already lost significant inches!  I haven't weighed myself; I'm just going by how my clothes are fitting.  Before I started using this product I was wearing a size 14.  Now, some of my shirts have become too sloppy to wear and I just got into a couple of dresses that are on the small side of size 12. And I haven't been starving myself or doing without everything I love to eat.  During this time I have had a couple of small Dairy Queen cones, a box of Skinny Cow ice creams on a stick and consumed a couple bags of blue corn chips with salsa!  Aside from this I eat pretty healthy, but cook with olive oil and have real butter on my toast.  I have also had peach cobbler with ice cream at the music venue of a local restaurant.  Imagine how much I might have lost if I was eliminating all of those things!  I have to say, though, that you probably don't have to use the entire serving as stated on the bottle.  100,000mcg of capsaicin is way more than anyone needs.  You would have to weigh 1,470 to need that much for optimal fat burning.  After doing this plan for 4 or 5 days I experienced some discomfort to my upper left abdomen, which felt like possible ulcer pain, so I cut my serving of capsicum extract to about a third to a fourth of the dropper amount that fills when I lightly squeeze the top and I'm still getting results.  To be totally truthful, I also walk about 30 minutes most days and do a few exercises--nothing strenuous.I'm sure I will be ordering Honeycombs Industries capsicum extract again.
