Review: Very Good Result - I bought the Ivory pen, as my grout is an off white colour. This is a pretty good match, a bit whiter than I would like, but the colour looks ok. My bathroom is fully tiled, and one pen has done all the tiles. I did buy some of the replacement nibs though, and used 4 nibs altogether, as they don’t last very long. Only time will tell if it is long lasting, but I would prefer to use these pens once every year or two if needed than have all the mess and hassle of getting the grouting replaced. All in all, very pleased with the result.
Review: Great, but ivory is very white - This is so easy to use and one grout pen did my whole kitchen fine and my kitchen is probably about 7m x 3m with maybe 30cm squared tiles. However, I got ivory thinking it wouldn't look too white and ivory does look just bright white to me. Next year I'll probably redo the grout again but try a more off white colour.

**Q: The Grout Pen I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong colour?**
A: Tips need to be primed before use, all brand-new Grout Pens have a dry white tip until they are activated.

**Q: The tip of my Grout Pen fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?**
A: Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.

**Q: Do I need to press down hard while moving the pen along the grout lines?**
A: Pressing hard will damage the tip. It's better to prime the pen by pressing up and down until the ink flows to the tip. Once the tip is fully saturated, lightly move the pen across the grout line.

**Q: The colour of the pen cap is not exactly the colour I want**
A: The Grout Pen colour chart is a good representation, please keep in mind that computer screens can display slightly different colour spectrums, it is recommended to do a small test area first if you are not sure about the colour.

I bought the Ivory pen, as my grout is an off white colour. This is a pretty good match, a bit whiter than I would like, but the colour looks ok.
