It had everything needed to install it. Completely professional. Just watch YouTube to know how to install. My phone was discharging very fast but not now. And, just keeps getting better after several charges. Price is Right! Quality product and fast delivery. ### ⭐ Beware, the installation of this battery is extremely difficult. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2020* I want to be fair here. The battery was well packaged and all components were of decent quality. *BEWARE... Unless you have electronics experience do not attempt this yourself! It is EXTREMELY difficult. I incorrectly assumed that all you had to do was open up the phone and pop in the battery, not the case at all (not even remotely close). There were ZERO instructions that came with the battery… had to look it up on YouTube. If I was able to complete the installation, which I was not, I’m sure the battery itself might be fine but I ended up taking it in to have the battery replaced. ### ⭐ If the clear seal is cut do not proceed to replace the battery, send it back for a refund. *by K***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2020* The battery box seal was cut and sticker over the dot seal had been peeled back. Everything else appeared to be good so I had my son, proceed to change the battery. It takes about an hour to do it. I fully charged the battery, and it’s no better than the battery I had replaced. It lasted about 12 hrs and that includes a back up battery case that I use on my phone as a protective cover. I’m not going to spend another hr to remove it just for an $18 refund. It’s not worth my time. My son got the same one and he loves his battery life. I think they knowingly sent out one that had been tampered with.
