A: It says 11-19 so I'm not sure.

**Q: Will it fit 2019 jeep grand cherokee altitude?**
A: I put this on my 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited X 2 years ago.  I also have a 2019 Limited X and the physical connections where you would attach the are the same.   I think the Altitude might have different bumper outside, but the underside of the bumper is this hitch.   So I would say yes it will fit.
