Review: Easy to mix with yoghurt - Bought this as read beta glucan is very good for cholesterol..Have tried this with my yoghurt in the morning and it really mixes in well..Very fine consistency and blends easy with a quick stir.It tastes like very fine cold porridge.Not unpleasant at all.Have ordered some oat milk to try it with that next.Woild prefer a bigger pot as the bag is more difficult to store but it does reseal very well and so far it has remained dry..Will update once I have repeated my bloods to see what affect its had on my cholesterol levels

**Q: How much fibre per serving**
A: There is 5.7g of fibre per 11g serving of which oat beta-glucan is 3.1g

**Q: Does this lower triglycerides too ?**
A: Oats are known to lower triglycerides so I would imagine that this would go some way to help. I use the product regularly and it really has made a positive impact on bad cholesterol levels.

From the rear of the pack: "Oat beta-glucan, the bioactive ingredient of Oatwell has been recognised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), which has officially confirmed oat beta-glucan's health-promoting effects (EFSA Journal 2010; 8(12): 1885)."

I guess if you need to control your triglycerides and you have concerns, probably best to speak to your GP or physician first.

Bought this as read beta glucan is very good for cholesterol..Have tried this with my yoghurt in the morning and it really mixes in well..Very fine consistency and blends easy with a quick stir.It tastes like very fine cold porridge.Not unpleasant at all.Have ordered some oat milk to try it with that next.Woild prefer a bigger pot as the bag is more difficult to store but it does reseal very well and so far it has remained dry..Will update once I have repeated my bloods to see what affect its had on my cholesterol levels
