A: I have ordered this product multiple times and have never gotten and expired container.

**Q: Can you make gummies with it?**
A: Absolutely!

**Q: What are the directions to make the jello I see 1/2 cup of Mix to 1 cup water do I need hot and cold water these directions aren't consistent**
A: I always bloom my gelatine in cold water first

**Q: How much jello does one container make?**
A: The directions call for 1/2 cup powder to 1 cup water; so, not very much.  I would roughly equate it to 3 large boxes of jello.
