I contacted the company and they immediately offered me a refund or replacement. I chose replacement because I have hungry critters. The replacement crickets came quickly and with no dead ones. I was very happy to with their service. I have ordered from other companies, and I've found that Josh's frogs is my favorite supplier for crickets. Their prices are fair and their products come quickly and in good shape. (alive). My critters (tree frogs, leopard gecko and Beardie.) all seem to love the crickets. Josh's Frogs has terrific customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

### ⭐ 1/4-in crickets too small

I ordered a 1/4 in cricket and they sent me a bunch of small crickets and said that was their 1/4-in crickets they were the size of the 1/8 inch cricket and then would not refund or replace and I had waited on these for over a week and my spiders are hungry now.
