No and it is so comfortable! I wore it a lot on a trip and loved it!

Q: Do American men wear these?

The beauty of living in America is men can wear what they want. Why they would want to wear a skort is beyond me. I don't like wearing a skirt as a woman but as a woman over a certain age this is more acceptable for this type of wear.

Q: What is the length of the inner shorts under the 20in active skort?

From the top of the waistband to the bottom of the shorts is 15”, the inseam is 7”.

Q: Can this be worn in the water? Kayaking/swimming/etc?

I might were it kayaking. Personally, I wouldn't wear it swimming or intentionally submerging in water. I might feel heavier than a swim skirt and take longer to dry.
