Great addition at night for a sleep aid. No feeling of being hung over in the morning

I find the smell of this supplement not at all offensive; it smells like a root coming from the soil would.It is effective for me. One capsule one hour before sleep, as its instructions suggest, and I am sleeping soundly, so that my muscles do not feel stiff upon awakening in the morning.

It works. Puts me right to sleep.

I definitely notice a difference in quieting my overactive mind with this valerian product. It doesn't have the nauseating odor that some high-potency valerian products have.

I have chronic neuropathy (intercostal neuralgia) and take a prescribed medicine for nerve sensitivity. For years, I've been on the hunt for a natural alternative. I've tried many things, but never Valerian Root. Most people in the reviews use it for restful sleep. Through some research, this has also worked for my condition for some people - but not me, unfortunately. I cannot say it made me feel relaxed or helped me sleep. Like many natural alternatives, mileage will vary from person to person. I happen to be one of those where most natural anything does not help.

They aren't as strong smelling as valerian normally is, I have to take about 3 to work
