Installed the “arm” on the dash instead of the steering wheel because of room. The wires are longer than necessary. The pins that you insert into the rear of the connector requires patience and a soft touch so you don’t break the tab on them while inserting them into the rear of the connectors. You know their in place when you hear the click the tab makes when it is seated in the connector properly . Check them by trying to gently pulling them back out. Putting the connectors together is a little difficult but wiggle them as you try to mate them together and eventually they will mate. Overall an easy install that took about 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Contacted email support. Said to call tech support. Left voicemail and they still have yet to make a solution or phone call back. Would like to add on the symptom that I can’t get resolved, when you hit the brakes, it doesn’t cancel, just keeps powering and downshifting through until you shut it off.
