I normally wear a size 40C and it's too loose. Also the removable pads prevent show through but they are much smaller than the hole they go in, so they slide around both during washing and while I'm wearing them. The straps aren't adjustable so that is also a problem and probably contributes to the insufficient support. As a sports bra, I wouldn't rate this as highly for the reasons specified. However the construction is sturdy. I basically like this bra and I wear it with my red dresses for going out.
