Review: Versatile Lights - I love these lights. They are so easy to install and you can adjust the length of them. I like that they are battery operated so you can install them almost anywhere. Having a remote makes it so easy to turn on and off. The warm white light gives off a nice glow. I wish they were brighter though. I actually installed 2 strings side by side for greater brightness.

The sticky side didn't stick to the plastic material as well as I'd hoped, but partly bc it was a circle and moving, so I added zip ties and it worked great. I also trimmed the end without issue and lights worked perfect. Great value for the quality of this strip light.

**Q: battery life?**
A: No problem. It takes 3 AA batteries and I used the strip lights between December 15-31 constantly and I am still using the batteries to powere other devices. Great product!!!!

**Q: Can 2 strips be spliced together??**
A: Yes just search for led strip connectors.

**Q: How does this work with weather???  I was thinking of putting on inside of truck bed..**
A: If it does not say for outdoor use on package I would not use them outdoors.

**Q: Do they work outside? Was thinking of using them around my deck.**
A: Strip looks well sealed I think they may tolerate being outside but power pack needs protection
Suggest trying power pack in waterproof container but switch is in power pack

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install, super sturdy, but a little unreliable.

Super easy to install and they stay in place. The quality is a little questionable though. The first set I got worked great and are still going strong! The latest set I got kind of "broke" a day after use. They turn on and changing the modes from the remote work, but the brightness went down by half a day after I got them. Even after installing brand new batteries in both the remote and the receiver, nothing. They're cheap enough so it's not a huge loss. EDIT: Upping my rating by one star. Make sure to use brand-name batteries for good battery life. I had used three different off-brand and the juice ran out within a day. After installing some Energizers, they work great.
