I bought several that bit the dust immediately along with the one that looks like a comma, and has the ear hole(!). That one was particularly disappointing. This, however, is firm (and not a memory foam person but I love the way this feels); it's definitely cooling; it does not shift around on my bed. It stays position and I actually might be able to sleep on my back (which is supposed to be a whole lot better for our face and wrinkles and stuff) with this pillow... not sure yet.... but I'm very pleased! But I’m glad I stuck it out. I normally like to put my arms under the pillow but with this I actually feel comfortable when I don’t. The curve in the middle is nice but I rarely sleep right in there. Who does really? I like that you can unzip it and wash it but I have it in a pillow case still. I'm old fashioned I guess. It takes some getting use to but it honestly helps! Since using the pillow, I have been sleeping much better and not waking up with the aches and pains in my neck and back.
