**Q: what Italian Herbs are in this, please?**
A: According to the Internet, this product contains medium grain Mediterranean Sea Salt blended with a classic mix of dried Italian herbs, tomato flecks, lemon peel, and rosemary oil.

**Q: Can this salt be used in a grinder?**
A: no. I use mine by sprinkling on food ... I think a grinder would wreck it and/or wreck your grinder. It's small enough crystals but there are pieces of herbs in it. This is one of my go-to seasonings though. I HIGHLY recommend it.
