I used to test with my firstborn whether or not it was working by taking off the necklace, and almost immediately she would start drooling a lot. After I would put it back on, she would stop drooling. With my second born, and this necklace, there was no difference and he has been very fussing since the beginning. I contacted them directly regarding their 100% satisfaction guarantee and they told me to go through Amazon. I didn't see an option to return this and so I'm disappointed that they wouldn't handle my dissatisfaction directly.
