The material quality on the balls are very poor. Supposedly, there was an update to the material a while back. But this was ordered this week and the ball was split in two.Also, the finish on the extension does not match the rest of the mount. Its a glossy texture vs a matte finish.The phone holder is completely useless. Luckily, I have a spare from my last vehicle.As for the dash mount, it was a simple install and fit well enough. It would help if it had nubs like the OEM tray to anchor it in place towards the middle.Update: Excellent support. A replacement was sent and that was fully intact. If you tighten the arms too much, the rubber ball gets deformed and eventually becomes loose.Also, the phone mount that is included is nice but not for me. Seems bulky. I like a magnetic phone mount better. Its my preference so the rating was not effected by this.
