You need to add enough glue that once it scabs you can still put it in the water and break that scab as you try to fasten it to the rock or what ever you are trying to adhere to. Of the glues I have tried to date, this one has a fairly descent response. Glueing beach pebbles together. Would this adhesive work?** A: Yes. It would work perfect. **Q: Can i use this to glue my aluminum led light brackets to my plastic tank hood?** A: It is the exact same thing as super glue, except it's a somewhat thicker, so it should work for your application. However, I have found in doing customization on my aquariums that silicone sealant does a much better job of adhering pieces together - especially when of different materials.
