Review: Warriors series book - My granddaughter loves it and it fits in with her series of the warrior.
Review: A childhood classic now - This series reminds me of 'Watership Down', a similarly semi-'realistic' animal novel about rabbits from the 1970s or so. It takes a lot to keep track of the varying protagonists as the generations pass in the 'Warriors' series, and I admire the author's ability to plot such an intricate, long-lasting world. My kids both loved these at about 10 years old, and the now 18-year old asked for the set in order to re-read them all. No higher recommendation than that!
