A: I got the extra large and its close,,21 3/4 x 19. I love this bag ,sturdy bag for my groceries. I can put a box of soda in the bottom and bags on top with no problems. I am thinking of getting another one. I love the straps because they go over my shoulder then I grab my purse and another bag on the other arm when I need too.

A: Yes it will! I used HTV on it to make my daughters school bag. It’s holding up perfectly!
